About the Role
* Reports directly to the Venue Manager
* Supervision of bar, floor and function staff
* Ensure operational efficiency across bar, floor, and function service
* Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
* Lead by example and mentor/guide new colleagues
* Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
* From time to time assist at our other venues including the ACMI
About You
* Great problem solving skills
* Ability to train and mentor other staffExperienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* Valid RSA and full working rights in Australia
* Strong understanding of operational efficiency, service flow, labour productivity, and technical venue operations in a high-volume hospitality environment
Your background would ideally include
* 2 Years management position in a high quality bar/restaurant.
* Extensive knowledge of Spirits and Cocktail creation and making.
* Used to working in a busy, fast paced bar environment.
* A love of the theatre and the arts would be ideal
