Connect APAC are proud to be partnering with a leading Australian consumer health and wellness business in the search for a Brand Marketing Communications & Social Media Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract.
With a portfolio of high-growth brands across health, wellness and better-for-you snacking, this business continues to invest heavily in brand building, digital engagement and consumer-led marketing across ANZ.
This is a highly hands‐on role suited to a creative and commercially minded marketer who thrives across brand communications, social media, influencer marketing and campaign execution.
Key responsibilities
* Leading integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
* Managing social media strategy and content across Instagram and TikTok
* Driving campaign planning and execution across brand, innovation and product launches
* Managing creative, influencer, PR, media and production agency relationships
* Managing Shopify websites, EDM campaigns and eCommerce activity across multiple brands
* Developing influencer partnerships, ambassador programs and product seeding initiatives
* Planning and executing events, activations and consumer experiences
* Tracking campaign and commercial performance to deliver actionable insights and optimisation opportunities
Qualifications
* Proven experience across brand marketing, communications and social media
* Strong understanding of content creation, influencer marketing and digital engagement strategies
* Experience managing agencies, campaigns and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
* Hands‐on experience across social platforms, EDMs and eCommerce channels
* A proactive and creative mindset with strong organisational skills
* Previous experience within FMCG, wellness, health or lifestyle brands highly regarded
