About the Role As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in daily operations, stepping up in the Park Manager’s absence and helping guide the team and guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and accounts Supporting and mentoring staff across departments Assisting with budget tracking, reporting, and revenue growth Helping maintain high standards in park presentation, safety, and compliance Responding to after-hours operational needs as required Contributing to local marketing and guest engagement About You You’re a confident, results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic, guest-facing role.
