Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Valuer specializing in healthcare at our Sydney, NSW office, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include conducting valuations for healthcare properties, preparing valuation reports, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also involves liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications
* Solid experience in Real Estate Appraisal, Valuation, and related estate agent responsibilities.
* Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
* Proficient expertise or a background in the healthcare-focused real estate market.
* Understanding of local and national property markets, with an ability to analyze market trends.
* Bachelor's degree in Property, Real Estate, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
* Relevant accreditation or certifications in property valuation are advantageous.
* High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate and timely reports.
* Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and organizational skills.
