Service Officer Role
This is a time-sensitive role requiring high-quality customer service skills with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
* Providing empathetic customer support, resolving complex account and payment issues.
* Negotiating appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts.
* Collaborating within a team, meeting individual and team KPIs in a target-driven environment.
The role involves managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, applying legislative knowledge to make informed decisions, educating customers about policies and repayment procedures, and handling questions and complaints effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing complex or sensitive situations with resilience and adaptability.
* Interpreting and applying relevant legislation and procedures to ensure compliance.
* Building relationships with diverse customers and engaging them effectively.
This is a standard full-time working week on a rotating roster between 8am-5pm, paying AU$50.37 per hour plus superannuation. The role has the potential to extend beyond the initial 5-month assignment.
