About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our patients, making them feel welcome and supported while keeping our front desk running smoothly.
Your day‐to‐day will include:
* Greeting patients and managing bookings
* Answering phones and handling enquiries
* Processing Medicare and private billing claims
* Supporting doctors and nurses with admin tasks
* Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We're Looking For
* Strong customer service skills – you love helping people
* Friendly, professional communication style
* Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
* Basic computer skills (medical software experience a plus!)
* Flexible and reliable – happy to help cover shifts as needed
