About the Role
As a Sales Associate / Bike Mechanic (All‐Rounder) you will be a key part of the in‐store experience. Your primary focus will be customer service and sales, while you also support the technical team and build basic bike‐mechanic skills.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales of bikes, gear, and services.
* Utilize the Trek sales guide to connect customers with the right products.
* Maintain product knowledge through required training modules and Trek University.
* Support store operations: opening/closing duties, POS usage, end‐of‐day cash‐up, and inventory tasks.
* Assist with warranty and UBG cases, documenting exchanges and coordinating with inventory.
* Complete daily task list to support store efficiency and visual merchandising.
* Assist the workshop team by assembling or pre‐assembling bicycles for service.
* Participate in daily huddles, debriefs, and weekly cycle counts to keep team aligned and store accurate.

* Basic computer proficiency.
* Mechanical experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Experience in bicycle assembly or service is highly regarded.
