Due to an internal promotion, weare looking for an experienced and motivated Administration & ServicesManager to join the Albury Wodonga Aboriginal Health Service (AWAHS) leadershipteam.
This is a key management roleresponsible for the smooth and efficient operation of our administration,transport, and support services — ensuring our staff and clients receive thehighest level of support every day.
You will lead a busy, committedteam across two sites, providing hands-on guidance in a fast-paced environmentwhere no two days are the same. From managing office systems and procedures tocoordinating fleet operations, facilities, and contracts, your leadership willhelp AWAHS continue delivering high-quality community health services.
About theRole
In thisrole, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day performance ofadministration, transport, and support services teams
- Lead the smooth and efficient operation ofthe office, maintaining strong systems, clear procedures,and secure, compliant record-keeping.
- Manage fleet operations includingservicing, insurance, and compliance
- Oversee facilities and contractedservices such as cleaning, security, and maintenance
- Monitor operational budgets and resources
- Lead, support, and develop administrativestaff to deliver outstanding internal and external service

About You
You are an organised andconfident leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys buildingstrong, capable teams. You will bring:
- Qualifications and/or solid experience inBusiness Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven success leading high-performingadmin or customer service teams
- Excellent organisational andproblem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, assets,facilities, and fleets
- Strong interpersonal andcommunicationskills
- Ability to engage respectfully andeffectively with Aboriginal communities
- A proactive, professional, and culturallyaware approach
