Responsibilities
We're looking for a detail‐driven HR Coordinator to support the delivery of global HR operations across the business. Working closely with our global HR Operations team, business leaders and managers, this role plays a key part in ensuring consistency, accuracy and smooth execution of HR programs, reporting and governance activities. The role is responsible for building strong working relationships with the global HR Operations team, business leaders and managers, acting as a trusted advisor while providing hands‐on administrative and coordination support across HR projects, programs and initiatives. It supports HR projects, document and template management, reporting, governance, communications, budget tracking and remuneration activities, while ensuring accurate data management and reporting through Workday to meet operational requirements.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have an appropriate tertiary qualification in HR (or a related field), along with a minimum of two years' experience working in a HR role. You will thrive in a fast‐paced environment, confidently juggling multiple priorities while bringing a genuine sense of care for both people and the business. The role suits someone who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across different levels, values precision and accuracy in data management, and consistently operates with integrity and discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to step back, understand issues in a broader business context, and resolve them thoughtfully based on all available information.
