As Head Chef you will take ownership of all back‐of‐house operations while working closely with the Director and Executive Chef to elevate the food offering across the venue.

* Future premium and potentially hatted dining concepts
* Menu development and innovation
* Food production and quality control
* Leadership and management of all BOH operations
* Recruitment, training and development of kitchen staff
* Driving team productivity, culture and morale
* Purchasing, supplier relationships and stock control
* Cost management and operational efficiency
* Hygiene, food safety and compliance management
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef within a medium‐to‐large hospitality operation
* Strong understanding of managing multi‐level food operations
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Broad culinary knowledge and a genuine passion for food
* The ability to balance creativity with operational excellence
* A hands‐on leadership style and strong attention to detail
