An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and highly organised Project Administrator to join a fast‐paced project team on a temporary basis to support national programs during a period of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and project support to busy project teams and stakeholders.
Working closely with Project Managers and the project teams, you will play a key role in supporting reporting, meetings, documentation, travel coordination, and day‐to‐day project administration activities.
About the Role
As the Project Administrator, you will provide critical support, ensuring smooth coordination and administration.
Project & Administrative Support
* Maintaining project registers, action logs, correspondence registers, and meeting records
* Supporting project reporting and documentation preparation
* Assisting with procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoice receipting
* Coordinating onboarding and induction activities for project staff
* Maintaining accurate and orderly records within SharePoint and internal systems
Meeting & Stakeholder Coordination
* Coordinating internal and external meetings, including agendas, action tracking, and follow‐ups
* Organising meeting rooms, venues, catering, and calendar management
* Supporting communication between project teams and key stakeholders
Travel Coordination
* Arranging travel and accommodation for project personnel
* Managing itineraries and ensuring travel documentation is accurate and up to date
About You
You are a proactive and detail‐oriented administrator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐moving project environment.
You will bring:
* Strong administration and coordination experience within a project‐based environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong problem‐solving capability
* Experienced with Microsoft Office across Word, Excel and Outlook
* The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* A professional, adaptable, and customer‐focused approach
