About the Role
* Varied role in our School Support Administration Team with frontline customer service, student support and project administration
* Full-time, permanent position working 40 weeks per year (school term-time plus 6 non-term days)

* Annual salary $76k + super
* Salary and conditions applied in accordance with the NSW Catholic Independent Schools (Support Staff - Model B) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2023.
The School Support Officer provides frontline administration and hospitality services to visitors, staff, students and parents at our reception and student services office. Our frontline services team are often the first point of contact for visitors to the College and provide critical support to the daily operations of the College and the successful delivery of school learning outcomes.

Role Requirements
* Relevant demonstrated experience providing office administration and project support.
* Highly developed digital literacy skills with intermediate to advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
* Ability to extract, collate and analyse data and produce sophisticated reports.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on exceptional service and hospitality.
* Ability to work as a positive and collaborative team member.
* Ability to work proactively to identify and solve problems, research, and apply knowledge and transferable skillsets to enhance systems and practices.
* Professionalism and discretion at all times with the ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
* Flexibility and commitment to the provision of a high standard of customer service, with the ability to contribute to critical tasks or projects outside of normal hours when required.
* Current First Aid qualifications; Provide First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009) and Asthma/Anaphylaxis (22578VIC/225702VIC).
* Tertiary qualifications or training in Business Administration advantageous (not essential).
Child protection legislation requires the successful applicant to supply a valid Working with Children Check.
