About the Role Coordinate and support the delivery of complex projects aligned with CHQ's strategic priorities.
Understand and apply contemporary health service planning, healthcare improvement, innovation and/or project management methodologies and tools to plan, implement, monitor and close projects with defined deliverables and timelines.
Manage project documentation, data, schedules, risks and reporting to ensure effective delivery.
Maintain awareness of relevant CHQ, State and Federal initiatives to ensure alignment and responsiveness in project work.
Undertake research, data analysis and evaluation using appropriate methodologies and tools Assist in developing implementation plans, change readiness assessments and evaluation tools.
Contribute to post-implementation reviews, benefits tracking and reporting on project outcomes.
Support the development of logic models, outcome frameworks and practical evaluation approaches tailored to project context.
Document lessons learned and support knowledge sharing across teams and projects.
Support stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for consultation, collaboration, and negotiation.
Develop and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and insights to influence compliance and strategic decisions.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages high performance, leadership development, and staff wellbeing.
Work flexibly across a matrixed team environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse disciplines to share expertise, align priorities, and achieve integrated outcomes across the division.
