Use your customer service and administration skills while being the first point of contact for clients engaging with our Karratha services.

Responsibilities
Provide a welcoming environment to ensure clients access our services in person centred, safe, responsive and convenient. You will be the first point of contact for many clients and will help refer them to appropriate services within Anglicare WA. You will also support the smooth running of the office by providing administrative support, accurately entering data and maintaining electronic client files.
Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated customer service and administration skills as well as experience
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to relate to a wide range of clients in need of assistance
* Ability to respond to clients in distress and be comfortable deescalating people who are upset
* Demonstrated ability to identify client needs, assess risk and prioritise accordingly
* Well developed digital/computer literacy skills as well as financial management skills including ability to issue invoices and receive money
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and WA Working With Children Check. The organisation may seek to request an international police clearance if necessary. A police record is not an automatic barrier to employment with us. Benefits
* Salary starting from $82k (inclusive of 10% remote localities allowance) +12% superannuation
* Access generous housing subsidy of up to $250 per week (eligibility criteria apply)

* Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (equates to approximately $4k after tax) + additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
* Additional 3 days leave per year over festive period
