Your Impact
You will manage a diverse caseload tailored to your interests, conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting thorough occupational therapy assessments and functional evaluations to identify client needs and goals
* Developing individualised treatment plans aligned with NDIS participant objectives and evidence-based practice
* Delivering therapeutic interventions across paediatric, adult, and complex needs caseloads
* Recommending and implementing life-changing Assistive Technology solutions tailored to participant requirements
* Monitoring client progress, measuring outcomes, and adjusting interventions based on evidence and participant feedback
* Preparing detailed clinical reports and comprehensive documentation in compliance with NDIS standards and AHPRA requirements
* Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, carers, and support workers to ensure coordinated, person-centred care
* Maintaining professional development through continued learning, reflective practice, and engagement with emerging occupational therapy research
* Contributing to a culture of clinical excellence through participation in supervision, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives
