What you'll do
As the friendly face of our resort, you'll ensure every guest has a seamless, memorable experience from the moment they enquire to the moment they say goodbye.
In this casual role (with shifts between 8am–6pm, including some weekends and public holidays), you will:
* Manage reception tasks including taking bookings, preparing invoices, and checking guests in and out
* Respond to phone and email enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
* Work closely with other departments to coordinate room readiness and meet guest needs
* Help create an environment where guests feel relaxed, valued, and excited to return
What you'll bring
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful guest connections
* A bright, positive attitude with the ability to work well within a fast‐paced team
* Strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
* Flexibility to support other areas of the resort when needed because we're one team that works together
* Strong computer literacy and/or experience in working with booking/reservation systems
