**What You'll Do**
- Deliver one-on-one and group support to NDIS participants
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and meal preparation
- Support community access and social participation
- Follow individualised care and behaviour support plans
- Work across home, respite, and community settings
- Maintain accurate progress notes and incident reports
**About You**
- You're compassionate, dependable, and respectful
- You enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact
- You're confident working with people with complex needs (ASD, ADHD, behaviours of concern)
**Requirements**:
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services (or working towards)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Valid Driver's Licence + reliable car with insurance
- COVID-19 vaccinations (in line with current health orders)

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
