A leading banking organisation based in Rhodes is seeking 5 experienced Customer Service Consultants to join their busy inbound contact centre team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within financial services while working in a supportive environment with full training provided. About the Role As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling with mortgage and home loan enquiries. You will provide accurate information, assist with customer queries, and deliver exceptional service while working within a fast-paced call centre environment. You can expect to handle between 30–60 inbound calls per day, depending on business volumes and seasonal demand. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls relating to mortgage and home loan enquiries Provide accurate information and resolve customer enquiries efficiently Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a high level of customer service Adhere to call centre rosters, schedules and performance expectations Meet daily KPI and quality targets Retain and apply new information learned through training About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Minimum 12 months' recent call centre experience within financial services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to learn, retain and apply new information quickly Experience working to performance metrics and service standards Stable employment history within a contact centre environment Commitment to a 12-month assignment Performance Measures You will be assessed against key contact centre metrics including: Quality Assurance (QA) Average Handling Time (AHT) After Call Work (ACW) Schedule Adherence Customer Service and Productivity KPIs Working Hours The contact centre operates: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 8:00pm Weekends: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Successful candidates will work: A rotating roster 7.5-hour shifts One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of the roster Benefits Full training provided Opportunity to gain valuable banking and mortgage experience Modern office located in Rhodes Business Park Free on-site gym Heated lap pool Complimentary fitness classes Supportive team environment Long-term 12-month opportunity with a respected banking organisation If you are an experienced financial services contact centre professional looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
