SLA: SBD and NBD support
Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Experience handling desktop/network issues and audio-video conference room setup
* Capable of installing and upgrading operating systems
* Install patches
* Perform software and hardware break‐fix
* Computer troubleshooting; system repair
* Knowledge of Wi‐Fi basics
* Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, switch and router configuration
* Install and administer MS Office
* Business English with proficiency in local language
