Senior Mulesoft Developer (Adelaide-based)
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior MuleSoft Developer to design, develop and maintain integration solutions across the organisation. You'll work with stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to connect systems, build APIs and ensure seamless data flow using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
This is a 12 months fixed term contract, with a view for permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build APIs, integrations and workflows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Develop RAML specifications and reusable integration assets
Integrate with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics, or custom apps
Configure API Manager, policies and security protocols
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimise performance
Contribute to solution design, documentation and best practices
Work closely with BA, QA and architecture teams to deliver secure and scalable integrations
Support deployments across development, test and production environments
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience developing with MuleSoft (preferably Mule 4)
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, RAML, JSON, XML and data transformation
Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Azure, AWS)
Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Exchange, API Manager and CloudHub
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control and DevOps practices
Familiarity with security standards (OAuth, JWT, TLS, SAML)
Solid debugging and optimisation skills
Nice to Have
MuleSoft certification (Developer or Integration Architect)
Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture or messaging queues
Exposure to Java or similar languages
Experience in Agile delivery environments

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
