About the Role
Ridgeline Recruitment is currently seeking experienced All Round Operators to join a growing mining operation in Western Australia.
This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster working in the Kalgoorlie / Goldfields region within a production mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a range of heavy mining equipment including excavators, dozers, graders and loaders in a hard rock mining environment.
* Perform production mining activities including load and haul, road maintenance, floor clean-ups, stockpile management, and material movement.
* Conduct daily pre-start inspections, Take 5s, and hazard reporting while maintaining compliance with site safety procedures and operational standards.
* Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure efficient material movement.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 2+ years' experience as an All Round Operator within a hard rock mining environment.
* Demonstrated operating experience across a combination of Graders, Dozers, and Excavators (120T+), with all machine combinations considered.
* Ability to operate as a back-up Production Excavator Operator when required.
* Previous experience within a gold mining or production mining environment is highly desirable.
* Strong commitment to safety and site compliance.
* Current Australian driver's licence.
* National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
* Positive attitude and strong team focus.
