Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager based in Sydney, to lead end-to-end program delivery for a leading Australian Telecommunications Company in the rollout of new Digital & 5G technologies around the country.
The Program Manager will be accountable for end-to-end delivery and lead a team of project professionals.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end program delivery and manage a team of project professionals.
* Coordinate customer facing engagements and provide weekly progress reporting; address risk and opportunity collaboratively internally and externally.
* Proactively drive required outcomes and manage the delivery schedule, including baseline, forecast, and actual dates.
* Handle end-to-end delivery process, governance, relationships, and manage budget.
* Communicate progress and issues; maintain business partner relationships and foster a positive work environment.
* Manage project risk and opportunities across operational and commercial dimensions.
* Implement delivery targets with a quality and first-time-right approach; pursue continual improvement to streamline processes and obtain faster outcomes.
* Demonstrate excellent program management competence and leadership; negotiate and influence outcomes; lead and align teams.
Qualifications
* Extensive (5 to 10 years) program management delivery experience in Telecom Network Projects.
* Customer facing engagements and reporting experience.
* Excellent competence in program management.
* Excellent leadership, communications, and negotiation skills.
* Proven experience to lead and align teams.
