Job Description
We are currently seeking a Part‐Time Commis Chef to join our professional and energetic kitchen team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic hotel food and beverage operation, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, while helping to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Prepare and present menu items with creativity and consistency, while adhering to cost controls
* Maintain strict stock rotation procedures and minimise waste
* Ensure all kitchen and work areas are kept clean, organised, and hygienic
* Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning as required
* Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and serviced, reporting any issues to the Head Chef
