Senior Outcomes Planning Analyst

In this role, you will:
* Partner with central teams across budgeting, asset management, people strategy, financial sustainability and other strategic workstreams to align activities, processes and outputs with Treasury requirements and organisational priorities.
* Consolidate and analyse program and performance data to produce actionable insights on past outcomes and projected future trajectories, supporting informed executive review and decision‐making.
* Define and communicate requirements for outcomes‐related data capture and management, collaborating with system owners to embed these into enterprise performance management and reporting systems.
* Work with divisional teams, functional leads and subject matter experts to develop balanced, credible and structured outcomes reporting, including performance analysis, scorecards and narrative insights.
* Conduct research internally and externally to establish benchmarks, outcome goals and comparative indicators, and support teams in applying outcomes‐based planning principles to their programs.
* Prepare high‐quality content and analysis for Transport's Outcomes and Business Plan, as well as executive reporting and other strategic documents.
* Coordinate stakeholder input across the cluster to build holistic, integrated views of program performance and alignment with the outcomes model.
* Engage with other clusters and agencies to share knowledge, methodologies and best practice in outcomes reporting, monitoring and performance analytics.
About you
* Extensive experience and demonstrated achievement in business analysis, performance analytics, outcomes measurement, or strategic planning, with a strong track record of delivering high‐quality insights.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to design and implement integrated, practical and outcome‐focused solutions that support business objectives.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise complex qualitative and quantitative information, communicate insights clearly and influence strategic decision‐making.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and analysis in a clear, structured and compelling way for senior stakeholders.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, public policy, economics, analytics or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
