Role
* Prepare appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateral
* Prepare and process contracts and form 6s
* Liaise with vendors and buyers
* Database entry and management
* Assisting with open homes and private inspections
* Diary management
* Liaising with solicitors throughout the settlement process
* Social media marketing/advertising campaigns
* Organising photography/styling
* Preparing vendor reports
* General administration and ad-hoc duties
Candidate Requirements
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
* Prior real estate experience is a MUST
* Immaculate presentation and a professional manner
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
* High level of communication and attention to detail
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
