The Role:
One of our valued client is looking for a talented Filtration Product and Training Specialist to join their Fleet guard Filtration team at our Kilsyth (VIC) branch.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Act as the Fleetguard Warranty Administrator for the South Pacific region ensuring a seamless and positive experience for customers.
Develop, adapt and deliver training content appropriate for the audience (audience can range from apprentices to technical specialists, and internal sales/customer facing teams)
Maintain strong internal working relationships with the Product Management, Global Warranty and Quality teams and act as a conduit to ensure the Sales and Marketing Teams are kept informed about warranty claims, and product developments, introductions and innovations.
Experience with automotive filtration products and/or related diesel engine parts would be an advantage.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Have ability to pick up product knowledge quickly through internal training to become a product expert.
Have the ability to create training materials, as well as deliver/facilitate engaging training sessions with different audiences.
The ability to build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Build strong internal relationships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared goals.
Be accountable to meet deadlines/commitments.
Be able to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different customers.
Be able to solve problems by leveraging industry standard and Fleetguard product specific methodologies to determine the assignable cause within appropriate time constraints.
Compose and prepare engaging training content.
Travel across Australia and New Zealand will be required, so a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS ESSENTIAL
