Key Responsibilities
* Assist women, employers, and stakeholders to improve commencement, retention, and completion rates of female Australian Apprentices.
* Conduct phone calls and engage with stakeholders while working from home and in the field.
Requirements
* Experience working in the automotive industry.
* Qualifications or current study in social work, counselling, or psychology.
* Strong ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
* High-level business development skills and results-driven approach.
