Job Description
The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for:
* Preparing and issuing accurate invoices and cost estimates
* Validating pricing, quantities and data prior to invoicing
* Processing sales orders and updating internal systems
* Performing regular reconciliations and data checks
* Investigating and resolving invoicing discrepancies
* Maintaining high accuracy across large data sets and spreadsheets
* Using Excel to interrogate and validate financial and operational data
* Responding to customer queries related to invoices and charges
* Liaising with internal teams to confirm information and resolve issues
* Supporting reporting, compliance and audit requirements
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Administrator will have:
* Proven experience in accounts administration and invoicing
* Experience in high‐volume or complex invoicing environments

* $38-$43 per hour + super, depending on experience
