Wood is currently recruiting for a hands‐on and energetic Commercial Lead role to join our team in our Melbourne or Brisbane or Perth office. Reporting functionally to the VP – Commercial APAC, this role will perform the full range of commercial activities from preparation and negotiation of commercial pricing models, commercial inputs to proposals, pre and post‐award contract reviews, contract administration and commercial close‐out activities.

Responsibilities
Perform the full range of commercial activities from preparation and negotiation of commercial pricing models, commercial inputs to proposals, pre and post‐award contract reviews, contract administration and commercial close‐out activities.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree in business administration, commerce, quantity surveying, or similar discipline.
* 8+ years experience in a similar leadership/management role.
* Extensive and varied work experience allowing extensive knowledge of key contractual and commercial management concepts and principles.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of contractual structures, concepts, commercial processes and procedures.
* Experience in negotiation and claims dispute resolution both in written and face‐to‐face scenarios.
* Full Australian work rights.
