The Opportunity
A great opportunity has become available for an experienced accounts payable professional to join a healthcare company with strong growth nationally.
This role best suits an accounts payable professional with 5+ years experience and high volume invoice experience. This hands-on role suits someone proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
The Challenge
Your key responsibilities will include:
Process and pay invoices accurately and on time
Provide management with recommendations and data to support supplier, payment, and cash flow decisions in line with month-end timelines
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders
Providing assistance for all queries relating to invoice exceptions, payments and allocations
Providing ad hoc support of the finance department where required
The Expertise
We are seeking a candidate who brings:
Minimum 5 years' experience in an end-to-end accounts payable role, ideally within a medium/large corporate environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft D365 is preferred.
Intermediate Excel skills and proven ability to manage high-volume invoice processing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong team-player and good attention to detail.
