Mid-Senior Business Analyst Position
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a systems replacement project involving CRM and SaaS platforms.
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to lead and support this critical project.
* The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in system implementation or replacement projects.
* They should have proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and SaaS platforms.
* A strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
* The successful candidate will be able to manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
The selected person will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. They will also evaluate current systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CRM and SaaS system replacements.
* Evaluate current systems and processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business and technical teams.
* Support vendor selection, solution design, and implementation planning.
* Assist in change management, training, and user adoption strategies.
Project Management:
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including vendors, developers, and business units.
* Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
* Ensure alignment with organizational goals, budgets, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in system implementation or replacement projects.
* Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and SaaS platforms.
* Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
