We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Sales Consultant, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager to join a high-performing team at our high-volume Toyota dealership in Albion.
We are looking for a high-performer who can consistently deliver strong sales results while supporting and leading a team to success, all whilst ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will play a key role in driving performance on the floor, mentoring team members, and maintaining high standards across all aspects of the sales process.
You will need to be highly organized, commercially minded, and capable of thinking outside the box. Above all, you will be a strong team player with a natural ability to lead by example, motivate others, and drive a positive team culture. Automotive sales experience is essential, and prior leadership or mentoring experience will be highly regarded.
We are seeking someone who is proactive, agile, adaptable, and ready to contribute to both individual and team success.

* Ability to consistently follow and enforce sales processes and procedures
* Track record of achieving and exceeding monthly KPI's and targets
* High level of computer literacy with experience using CRM systems
* Full and current manual driver's licence
Position Responsibilities
* Supporting the Sales Manager in leading daily operations of the sales floor
* Coaching, mentoring and developing Sales Consultants to maximise performance
* Leading from the front with strong personal sales performance
* Managing customer enquiries and overseeing the sales process from prospect to delivery and follow‐up
* Ensuring adherence to sales processes including pathway to purchase, trade appraisals, test drives, negotiations and delivery
* Maintaining high standards of showroom and Guest experience
* Monitoring and maintaining CRM data accuracy and enquiry follow‐up
* Assisting with reporting, performance tracking and continuous process improvement
