As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Partnership Manager to expand and manage our network of introducers, referral partners, and strategic alliances.
About the Role
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic referral relationships that generate commercial finance opportunities for Broc Finance.
This role is ideal for someone with strong business development skills, an existing professional network, and experience working within finance, banking, broking, accounting, or B2B partnerships.
You will work closely with internal brokers and leadership to drive revenue growth through trusted partnerships and exceptional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
* Identify, approach, and onboard new referral partners and strategic relationships
* Develop partnerships with accountants, mortgage brokers, business advisors, real estate professionals, equipment suppliers, and other commercial networks
* Create and execute partnership growth strategies
Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with referral partners
* Conduct regular partner meetings, reviews, and engagement activities
* Ensure partners receive excellent communication, service, and support
Business Growth
* Generate quality commercial finance opportunities through the partner network
* Work collaboratively with brokers to convert referrals into funded deals
* Monitor pipeline performance and partnership ROI
Marketing & Engagement
* Coordinate partner events, networking opportunities, and educational sessions
* Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and co-branded initiatives
* Represent Broc Finance at industry events and business forums
* Maintain CRM records and reporting on partnership activity
* Track KPIs including referral volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generated
* Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth opportunities
Skills & Experience
* Experience in business development, partnerships, banking, finance, or broking
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Proven ability to generate and grow referral networks
* Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively
Preferred
* Experience within commercial finance, asset finance, lending, or mortgage broking
* Existing network within SME, accounting, or broker channels
* Understanding of Australian commercial lending products and processes
