Are you a proactive People and Culture professional looking to make a real impact? ONCALL Group Australia is looking for a skilled People and Culture Advisor to support leaders and employees across a diverse and flexible organisation.
You'll provide end-to-end HR advice, working collaboratively with management to deliver solutions that support business objectives, drive engagement and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.

About the role Key responsibilities
* Managing investigations and employee complaints ensuring thorough investigations that meet legislative requirements and observe the principles of procedural fairness.
* Supporting managers and stakeholders through all HR processes, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements.
* Ensuring adherence to ONCALL onboarding requirements and maintenance of employee records.
* Contributing to the development and review of HR Policies and Procedures.
* Assisting with the development and implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies.
You will bring
* Proven experience in an HR role at a comparable level.
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field.
* Understanding of, and ability to interpret legislation and other industrial instruments relevant to the Disability and Community Services sectors.
* Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into strategic HR initiatives.
* Proven ability to effectively operate in a highly regulated and compliance-driven environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines.
* Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks.
* Evidence of experience in the management and maintenance of HRIS systems and relevant employment information.
