Our business is focused on four key digital marketing services: SEO, SEM, Social Media (Organic & Paid), and Website Development.

The Role

With your extensive paid marketing skills, you'll play a pivotal role on our dynamic Digital Team, engaging with a diverse portfolio of clients, businesses, and our platforms. Each day presents new learning opportunities as your team encourages you to enhance your expertise through independent, outcome-oriented tasks. Under the guidance of the Head of Digital, your exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be showcased as you implement strategic digital marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and oversee client communications.

Key Responsibilities

* Set up, manage and optimise paid social media campaigns, primarily across Meta and LinkedIn.
* Track performance and ensure campaigns are effective and meeting client KPI's.
* Manage budget strategy, forecasting and allocation. Track daily pacing and reallocate funds strategically to maximise performance when necessary.
* Work closely with clients, brand teams and content creators to produce impactful creative and ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
* Communicate with clients on campaign performance, service recommendations, project updates and more.
* Analyse website and landing page UI/UX, determining viability in campaign strategy and performance.
* Set up tracking for paid social campaigns via GA4 and Google Tag Manager for traffic, lead and e-commerce campaigns.
* Prepare detailed reports via Looker Studio and PowerPoint on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Ensure you're staying up to date with the performance media industry, platform changes, tactics and strategies to identify opportunities and maintain Studio22's competitive edge.

About You

* 2+ years of paid social experience in an agency environment, additional performance channel experience and knowledge of the landscape would be beneficial (i.e. Google Ads, Programmatic).
* Demonstrated success in developing data-driven strategies, managing budgets, and delivering measurable results.
* Proficient in analysing paid marketing reports and using data insights for decision-making and campaign optimisation.
* Skilled in lead generation strategies and executing full-cycle campaigns to produce measurable ROI.
* Strong experience with Meta and its tech stack, including setting up, managing and optimising campaigns.
* Familiar with generating insights via Google Analytics.
* Familiar with setting up tracking via Google Analytics & GTM.
* Strong communication, project management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
* A sound understanding of UX/UI best practices.
* Strong presentation skills. High attention to detail. The ability to work autonomously and manage workflow. Monday.com or equivalent project management software experience preferred, but not essential.
