Are you passionate about helping young people and adults overcome barriers and move into meaningful work or education?
We are looking for motivated, values‐driven Employment Consultants to support participants across Youth Transition to Work (TTW) and Workforce Australia programmes in Tamworth.
Vous deliver one‐to‐one, trauma‐informed case management, support participants into sustainable employment or education, and work closely with employers, training providers and community partners to achieve strong outcomes.
Qualifications
* Background in employment services, youth work, community services or case management
* Person‐centred, strengths‐based approach
* KPI‐driven, supportive environment
* Full training provided – ideal for both experienced and emerging consultants
