This role represents a great opportunity to build a business that enables farmers and large landholders to maximise productivity and make the most of their beautiful Australian properties.
The business is well established yet high energy and full of potential. It has massive market opportunity, unique solutions backed by strong R&D and deep partnerships with farmers and resellers.
The Role

* Develop, own, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
* Identify and open new sales channels and strategic partnerships
* Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing, campaigns, and lead generation
* Key account management of major national and regional distribution partners
* Build close relationships with farmers
* Explore and validate new markets, products and partnership opportunities
* Ensure customer insights and feedback are embedded into product development
You
You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, have proven experience driving growth businesses, and are a passionate people leader who can inspire high performance.
You are entrepreneurial by spirit, a natural relationship builder and likely have a farming background that fuels your passion and intent to make a difference.
As an authentic leader you empower your team, engage with colleagues and role model the behaviours that build a positive, safe and sustainable culture.
You are curious, keen to get into the detail as well as strategy, are highly commercial and adept at getting the best from CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
**The market opportunity is significant, and you will have the freedom to innovate, build, and scale a business. We encourage you to get involved.
