Job Overview
As a crucial member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate completion of monthly closings, maintaining meticulous financial records, and meeting stringent financial reporting deadlines.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and be responsible for various duties, including:
* Ensuring timely and accurate monthly closing
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Meeting strict financial reporting deadlines
* Forecasting cash flow
* Preparing management accounts
* Reviewing suppliers' payments
* Providing assistance during annual audits
* Preparing FBT and income tax returns
To excel in this role, you will require 2+ years of accounting experience, a degree qualification or close to finishing an accounting degree, a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
