About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will be responsible for guiding and developing cross-functional teams across finance, HR, sales, operations, logistics, and production support. The role also involves managing global supplier relationships and developing procurement strategies through robust demand planning. Additional responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while monitoring key financial metrics such as cash flow and working capital.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from a distribution or manufacturing environment and have a track record of contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, particularly those involving lean methodologies.
