Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance and conversion rates across the full pipeline.
* Manage, coach and develop a multidisciplinary sales team.
* Oversee appointments set by telemarketers, consultants, and senior investment strategists.
* Act as key liaison between property sales and finance teams.
* Implement training frameworks that lift individual and team performance.
* Report directly to senior leadership on KPIs, conversions, and pipeline health.
Requirements
* Proven track record in senior sales leadership, building teams and hitting targets.
* Minimum 2‐3 years of senior sales leadership experience.
* Experience in property, finance, or investment sales (highly regarded).
* Strong coaching ability; capable of making people around you better.
* Natural problem‐solver who cuts through complexity and keeps deals moving.
* Thrives under pressure and leads by example.
