School and Community Based Speech Pathologist
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help clients reach their fullest potential through fun yet functional therapy.
The role involves working closely with children, adults, and families to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You will develop and implement individualised treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to community outreach initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing 1:1 and group therapy sessions, collaborating with teachers and families
* Developing and delivering individualised therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team
* Working within location-based schedules to limit travel and maximise client impact
* Option to add community-based clients to expand your clinical interests
* Participating in weekly supervision and mentoring to grow in your role
* Contributing to projects, team learning, and innovation in your area of interest
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* SPA Registration
* Working With Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* National Police Check
* Driver's Licence
