Conditions: Shift options: 0800–1630, 1030–1900, 1330–2200Additional rostered roles when staffing allows:FLO SMO (0800–1630)Fast Track SMO (0830–1630)Minimum ED staffing: 1 SMO + 1 PHO (0800–2200 daily)Overnight:ED SMO on-call within 10 minutesSecond procedural SMO within 30 minutesHDU patients managed by on-call SMO
Credentials: QLD Hospital paperwork; Immunisations/vaccinations; Indemnity; Medicare provider number; ID check; CRC & WWCC (if applicable); Primary Degree; Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable); References; Current AHPRA Registration
