As an Office Administrator, your duties will include:
Prepare & issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy with capturing all items that need to be billed out.
Accounts Payable – entering invoices for payment, maintaining accurate financial transactions
Answering phone calls & responding to inquiries. So must have a high level of customer service.
Communicating clearly with both the team and customers regarding the jobs.
Monitor & adjust job schedules for mechanics. Ensuring optimal use of technician time & resources.
Ordering parts, including maintaining relationships with suppliers
Maintain inventory levels & ensure timely delivery of parts
Support management when needed
What We're Looking For
* Previous office experience preferably in the Marine industry
* Accounts experience
* Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Xero & or ServiceM8 experience would be an advantage
* Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
* Strong work ethic — self-motivated, reliable, and a team player
