About the Role
This position is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing expert advice on various flooring options, and communicating product specifications and pricing.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on various flooring options, and effectively communicate product specifications and pricing.
* Administrative Duties: Manage the showroom display, process customer orders accurately, maintain and update customer records, and assist in inventory management.
* Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with the installation team to schedule and coordinate flooring installations, communicate with customers and suppliers, and provide timely updates on order status and delivery schedules.
Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions to challenges that may arise during the sales and installation process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in sales and customer service, preferably in the flooring or home improvement industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
