* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate
* Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and strong decision‐making capability
* Proven ability to lead, mentor and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to quality improvement, safety, and evidence-based practice
