* Job Description:
* Lead business strategy facilitation, coaching and mentoring programs for teams and individuals
* Design and deliver SES development programs and executive coaching initiatives
* Develop and implement continuous improvement frameworks across business units
* Facilitate individual coaching and mentoring programs to enhance performance and leadership
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Defence or complex enterprise environments
* Strong background in learning and development, coaching, and strategic facilitation
* Demonstrated ability to manage continuous improvement programs
* Familiarity with LMS platforms, instructional design, and training evaluation
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert insurance advice tailored to Defence operational contexts
* Evaluate L&D effectiveness and drive improvements based on data and feedback
* Conduct L&D analysis, design, and development of training programs
