About the Role
You will work closely with participants to develop strong rapport, understand their needs, interests, skills and experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with resume development, job applications and interview preparation
2. Identifying and assessing barriers towards employment and creating solutions to support participants at work and ongoing
3. Creating job plans to support clear pathways into sustainable employment
