About the Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll lead a large transformation initiative from planning through to delivery and business adoption.
This role will suit someone with a strong blend of project delivery, operational transformation and stakeholder management experience.
Responsibilities
* Drive transformation initiatives across the business.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and change activities.
* Coordinate delivery plans, risks, reporting and governance.
* Support process redesign and operational improvement.
* Help transition the business from legacy ways of working into a more mature operating environment.
* Manage project progress and ensure initiatives are delivered effectively end-to-end.
Qualifications
* Experience leading business transformation or operational improvement programs.
* Strong project management capability with a business-led mindset.
* Ability to work with frontline operational stakeholders through change.
* Experience navigating ambiguity and improving immature processes/environments.
* Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in operational, logistics, field services, transport or service-based environments is highly regarded.
