About the role
The Tyre Factory Warrnambool is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team in Warrnambool, VIC. This is a full-time role, where you will play a crucial part in the maintenance and repair of customer vehicles.
What you'll be doing
* Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models
* Carrying out general servicing, including oil changes, brake repairs, and tyre replacements
* Providing exceptional customer service and advice
* Adhering to all safety and quality standards
* Maintaining detailed records of work performed
* Staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related field
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automotive Technician
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A current driver's licence
