About the role
Seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead end-to-end learning design and delivery for a large, fast-paced ICT environment. Partner with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate technical change into accessible, high‐quality training outcomes, developing learning strategies and artefacts, and managing training delivery and standards.
This role suits someone comfortable working in Agile delivery, coordinating across vendors and internal teams, and driving adoption through modern instructional design practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive training approach and delivery plan aligned to modern learning principles and approaches.
* Identify, manage and mitigate learning risks across a complex program of work.
* Design and coordinate end-to-end training approaches for new scheduling and asset management solutions.
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify learning and development priorities across a multi‐stream program.
* Analyse inputs and feedback from Business Analysts and Change Analysts to diagnose skill gaps and shape learning strategies.
* Manage training delivery and standards.
Required Qualifications
* Proven ability to develop a comprehensive training approach and delivery plan aligned to modern learning principles and approaches.
* Demonstrated capability to identify, manage and mitigate learning risks across a complex program of work.
* Strong experience designing and coordinating end-to‐end training approaches for new scheduling and asset management solutions.
* Strong experience conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying learning and development priorities across a multi‐stream program.
* Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies/tools.
* Hands‐on capability with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‐learning authoring tools.
* Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical change into clear, learner‐friendly training.
